Yeah, this is the story of my life these days. Up a fraction, down a fraction. I am damned good at maintenance. Too bad I want to lose 15 lbs!!
I think I might have discovered what I have been doing wrong (yet to be seen) and that is not measuring my fruit servings. Fruit is free, so I wasn't particularly concerned about it. I wasn't eating an entire watermelon at a time, but I can still put a few pieces of fruit away every day without much thought. So, starting today, we will measure our fruit and anything over 2 servings is going to get counted, one way or another.
Lets see if that works!!
