sorry I dont track AP's I dont do enough really to earn them! lol and when I went to see what it would be it is based on your weight/height/ and you have to type it all into the WW application. Hope someone can help ya! :)
TJ, thanks for checking in. I don't really track them either and rarely even get into my weekly points, much less worry about activity points. Its more a matter of curiousity. I know the 30 minute aerobic walk is worth 4 Activity points, but the other 6000 steps have got to be worth something, right?
