In accordance with the topic of our meeting last Saturday, I have been cramming fruits and veggies and what I have discovered is they leave me starving at the end of the day. Not that I don't like them or want them, but their bulk does not leave room for other things (lean meats and whole wheat stuff) and then, when that bulk has dissipated, I am so hungry I could gnaw my own arm. I need to find a happy balance here.
